T-shirts
T-shirt items for individuals will take 2-7 day delivery. Payment for small orders will have to be paid in full. 14-21 day delivery applies to business users. Payment for bulk orders will comply with a 21day invoice payment after an initial bulk purchase that has been made.
A 20% deposit is required for bulk orders on T-shirts of quantities of 50 items or more.
Discounts will be given on bulk orders of 50 items or more and requests should be discussed with a member of the Lemon-aide team before the order is processed and dispatched.
Colours may differ from the web.
Bags
Delivery on bags will be 3-7 days for individuals. For bulk orders or business users will be 7-14 days.
Discounts will be given on bulk orders of 50 or more and requests should be discussed with Lemon-aide before order is processed and dispatched.
A 10% deposit is required for bulk orders on bags with quantities of 50 items or more.
Returns
There will be a 14day returns policy on faulty items only. Exchanges can be made for incorrect sizes or a change over choice of colour. Pre-worn/washed items will not be accepted. After the 14days have expired and you still wish to refund, there will be a goodwill exchange for the same total amount.
Cards
Delivery will be included in the card price and should be dispatched between 1-4 days. Discounts apply on purchases of 50 cards or more.
Payment for bulk orders will comply with a 21 day invoice payment after an initial bulk purchase has been made.
Handmade cards may slightly differ from web images in colour.
Design Work
An initial meeting/call/email should be established between both parties with a confirmation email securing required work.
Artwork
Payment of Artwork should be processed after final proof has been agreed, or confirmed via email. Artwork will then be released via email in High-resolution format for further use.
Artwork & Printing
Completed artwork for printing should be confirmed via email. When the email has been received a payment request will be sent. When the payment is received the artwork will then be sent to the Printers promptly. Printing and receiving of goods should take between 5-10 days dependant on size of job.
For repeat work a 21day invoice will be sent after artwork has been completely signed off by client.
Discounts
Discounts are subject to seasonal promotions or bulk purchases. All terms of these discounts will be discussed with a member of the Lemon-aide team before purchases are made.
